This hotel is Amazing! Katie was very professional, polite and friendly, she made us feel like we were home. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was hot and delicious everyone here did an outstanding job !! Thanks again Katie, We hope you had a nice birthday loved the nails
A truly wonderful experience. Katey was so kind and helpful at check-in, Marcus made sure everything was just perfect for me for breakfast, and Itzel was amazing at check-out and helped me out with my every need. They were all so attentive and accommodating!! I was well taken care of! I needed a one night stay while driving across the states. This was perfect and so accessible right near the highway so it didn't slow down my travels. I will definitely make this my stop when I make this drive again!! Thank you all for everything!
Great clean hotel. There is a downside, ambulances come screaming by with full sirens constantly all night long. Sleep was almost impossible. Very annoying. I was charged $10 for parking which was not mentioned at check in. I saw it once I left the hotel and arrived home. I'm not happy.
The room was nice and clean. Continental breakfast had a lot of options and stayed open until 10am. They have an indoor, heated salt water pool. Parking is extra $10 a night.
This property is beautiful and the staff was exceptional. A special shout out goes to Marcus and Damian. Damian gave us a most warm welcome at the front desk and could could not have been nicer. A special shout out also goes to Marcus who served us in the Camp David restaurant. Marcus was very sociable and provided exceptional service. We would come back just to see Damian and Marcus!
The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The morning breakfast has a good selection. The food was well presented and the dining area is very clean. The room was very clean and had no broken items. The heat and AC worked well. The bathroom is large and there was plenty of room at the sink. The bed was comfortable and there was ample pillows and blankets. The hotel is located right by a major highway and there is an ambulance base nearby. This made the room noisy at night. It is near the Arkansas River and Clinton Library, but there is not a lot of dining options within safe walking distance. I felt the hotel was a excellent value and I will stay again on my next business trip to Little Rock.
finding parking at night is hard but no bid deal! rooms were nice and clean, staff was super nice, Katie helped me every time i was at the desk, i never waited for 10 minutes like i did at my last stay! very clean very friendly <3
We stayed here for the Little Rock Marathon. Beautiful, well kept hotel. They gave us a carry out breakfast since we had to head to the race early. Bonus sixth star for the late checkout on race day. That is a HUGE perk for runners. Normally we have to pack up and drive back sweaty and nasty, or pay for night we don't need. This let us come back and shower off. THANK YOU!!!!
